The evening is an important time for spiritual reflection and renewal of faith. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ encouraged Muslims to seek Allah's divine protection every evening against physical harms, spiritual evils, insects, and unforeseen dangers of the night.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu bikalimatil-lahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

This supplication places the believer under the sanctuary of Allah's uncreated words and divine power, shielding them from the harmful nature of any creation during the night.

Recite 3 times every evening between 'Asr and Maghrib or after Maghrib prayer.

Recite three times attentively with sincere faith and conviction in Allah's protective power.

Benefits
According to authentic Hadiths in Sahih Muslim, whoever recites this supplication in the evening will not be harmed by any creature, poisonous sting, or evil throughout that night.

Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim.
