When you feel that sadness within you when you are disturbed and frustrated when anxiety surrounds you, say “AstaghfirAllah”

“And O my people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him, He will send you (from the sky) abundant rain, and add strength to your strength, so do not turn away as Mujrimoon (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah).” [Quran 11:52]

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not." [Abu Dawud]

The Messenger of Allah ‎ﷺ said: “I ask Allaah for forgiveness one hundred times a day.” [Muslim 2702]. With regard to the times for dhikr and the number of times it should be repeated, the believer should remember Allah at all times and in all situations. Allah says: “Those who remember Allah (always, and in prayers) standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides.” [Quran 3:191]

So Recite“AstaghfirAllah”
