Zakat al-Fitr is an obligatory charity connected with Ramadan for eligible Muslims. A person may ask Allah to accept the charity, but there is no established fixed Prophetic dua that must be recited when giving it.
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas-Sami'ul-'Alim.
Our Lord, accept from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
