There is no single universally authenticated dua that every Muslim must recite immediately after finishing ordinary Quran recitation. A believer may make general dua asking Allah for guidance and acceptance.
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas-Sami’ul-Alim.
