Dua #1.
O our Lord! Truly Thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal: for nothing whatever is hidden from Allah, whether on earth or in heaven - 14:38
This was the dua of Ibrahim
Ibn Abbas (R.A.) says it refers to the sadness of leaving Ismail (A) and his mother in a barren land.
Dua #2.

Rabbana wa taqabbal Du'a
O our Lord! And accept my Prayer. - 14:40
In Tirmidhi there is a narration wherein Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) says “dua is Ibadah”
Anas (R.A.) narrates that Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said: dua is the essence (marrow) of Ibadah.
Dua #3.
Rabbana ghfir li wa li wallidayya wa lil Mu'mineena yawma yaqumul hisaab
O our Lord! Cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness - me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established! - 14:41
This is also the dua of Ibrahim (A).
From these ayaat that appear before this dua we learn the etiquettes of dua, it must be made with utmost humility and humbleness - also, the praises and glorification of Allah I should be made with dua. By this, there is a greater possibility that the dua will be accepted.
Dua #4.
